About us
Trails to English Language Center, known by its acronym, as TTE is one of the best academic schools teaching English as a second language (ESL) through the I.D.E.M Methodology. Also, it is recognized for its teachers ’quality and educational ability to teach the English language indispensable today to meet the demand of students and professionals in the most competitive, productive and profitable areas in the labor field and the community in general.
Our mission
The education center “Trails to English Language Center” has been created in order to contribute to the formation of values and unite different cultures through the teaching and learning of the English language. The formation of values is achieved through a process of social, affective, cognitive and investigative participation, in which the student interacts and communicates easily and effectively within the various local and international contexts.

Position Specifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related-field
- Experience
- Two years’ classroom teaching experience working with adults
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of recent successful experience in teaching courses in English as a Second Language.
- Training and/or experience in effectively addressing the needs and goals of ESL students with differing abilities, needs, goals, and levels of preparation
- Bachelor’s degree TESL, TESOL, English with a TESL certificate, linguistics with a TESL certificate, applied linguistics with a TESL certificate.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in reading, writing and/or significant practice, experience, and education with language acquisition.
- Considerable knowledge of discipline taught.
- Considerable knowledge of English as a Second Language teaching methods
- Considerable knowledge of various instructional pedagogies and technologies that enhance attainment of student learning outcomes.
- General knowledge of best practices in adult education and learning.
- General knowledge and understanding of curriculum development and assessment.
- Ability to establish a student-instructor relationship conducive to learning and promote active involvement of students in learning activities.
- Possess interpersonal skills with ability to relate to a broad range of students from a diverse population in a professional, helpful manner.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and follow multiple projects and tasks to completion within established timeframes.
